When you post for a campaign with the required hashtag, our system automatically detects your post (using said hashtag) and associates it with your gig. This automation can take a couple of hours to process, detect, and capture your post in the platform. If you've checked the campaign hours later and your post still has not been detected, you can manually add the post(s) to your gig by following these steps:
Web App/Desktop Site
1. Go to 'Your Gigs' and select your TikTok campaign
2. Click on 'Post'
3. Click on 'Add Feed Posts'
4. Click on 'here' to add your post URL manually
5. Paste the URL for your social post into the text box
6. Click on 'Add Posts'
7. You're all set! Your post has now been added to the Gig.
Note: mobile URL formats will not be accepted, the URL entered needs to match what is displayed on the text box for the 'Add Posts' button to appear
iOS App
- Tap into the gig that matches the posts you are trying to add.
- Tap into the post deliverable that matches the post you want to add.
- Tap 'Add Feed Post' or 'Add Stories Post' depending on the type of post deliverable you are adding.
- On the screen that pops up, tap to select the post(s) that match the deliverable requirements.
- After a couple of minutes, you should see your post(s) processed on the screen!
Marking Stories Post(s) as Complete
If you are matching Stories posts, you will be able to mark your Stories requirement as complete only once you've matched the required deliverable count.
Important Note:
- Posts must match the requirements in the brief.
- By manually matching you agree to the terms and conditions of the site.
- Posts that have been previously matched on the platform will not be allowed to be processed.
- You will not be able to remove posts that are matched.
Failure to comply with the brief can result in a denial of payment, payment penalties, needing to return payment to Popular Pays, and/or suspension from the platform as per the Terms of Service.
