The platform isn't loading and/or I'm seeing a blank screen

Sorry you're having trouble accessing Popular Pays! If you've logged into the platform and you can only see the navigation, but each tab loads a blank page, we have a helpful quick fix that might be the culprit (try this before writing into support to double check--if this doesn't work, please let us know).

Clearing your cache ✨ 

Safari

1. Click on the Safari menu in the top left hand corner next to the Apple symbol
2. Click on Settings
3. A new dialogue box will open
4. Click Privacy
5. Click on the Manage Website Data button
6. To remove any cached data and cookies from your computer, click Remove all
7. A new dialogue box will open
8. Click Remove Now
9. Wait a few moments, then click Done

Chrome

1. Open Chrome
2. Click More in the top right corner
3. Click More tools
4. Click Clear browsing data
5. Select a time range, such as Last hour or All time
6. Check the boxes next to Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files
7. Click Clear data
8. To save your changes, you can close and reopen Chrome on a Windows computer, or quit Chrome on an Apple computer
