🔎📝 Many brands have team members who can't or won't log into the Popular Pays platform to review content. That is why we had the Share Content Link functionality so users could view and comment on content without needing to login.

 

Well, we've updated this product area, we added lots of new features... and now it's mobile friendly!

 

This feature is accessed from the Campaigns / Participants section in the top right within the Share button. It is the Content Link option seen below.

New Features

Here's a list of all the new features and functionality we just released.

 

1. See a scrollable list of creators for this campaign. Quickly see and select your creators.

 

2. Filter and view content by creator. Break down your tasks by creator to make the review process easier.

3. Content is tagged by status: New, Edits Requested, Approved

4. Breadcrumbs are at the top to assist with navigation

 

5. See content grouped by action: Review Stage, Approved, Archive. Now you can see what you are reviewing in context with what you have archived for later or already approved.

- Groups are collapsible for easier navigation

 

6. The brief is now accessible through a link to a new page

 

7. Individual content review screen has an improved style with a lighter background and the captions are better placed beside the content

8. Content is automatically named so users can differentiate similar pieces of content

- Content names are by content type: photo, video, story

- Content names are incremented by creator + content type so no two pieces of content have the same name

- Content names are also incremented by version so you can tell what version you are viewing

9. Versions are easier to navigate with added thumbnails

10. A simple download link is available for each piece of content

 

11. Individual video content scrubber is now fixed to be within the video

 

12. Updated Story interface to handle multiple pieces of content grouped together

 

13. All features now available in Desktop AND Mobile
